Buzzard Binding was founded in 2020 by United Kingdom Carpet Fitter of the Year winner, John Wright. Noticing a significant gap in the market for a fast turnaround whilst maintaining the best quality possible, John decided to found Buzzard Binding as a way to use his extensive expertise and knowledge of the carpet industry whilst taking a step back from flooring installations and pushing his focus into providing bespoke carpet edging solutions. Binding is our in-house speciality and in the search for perfection, John spent over a year researching which binding tape manufacturer best suited the needs of our clientele and what represented the best quality the industry could offer. The answer came in the form of an innovative British company out of Consett in County Durham offering brilliant carpet taping solutions whilst dedicating themselves to an enviromentally friendly approach to their business and manufacturing process. Using recycled yarns sourced from the global garment industry to create high quality binding tapes whilst contributing a brighter, sustainable future, and as a result, we only use;
